What is the Swiss-Polish Cooperation Programme and what does it mean for Krosno?
01.06.2026The Swiss-Polish Cooperation Programme is an initiative dedicated to medium-sized cities in Poland that face socio-economic challenges or require additional support for their development. The Programme aims to strengthen the potential of Polish cities through investments in the economy, public transport, vocational education, environmental protection, healthcare, and social activation. Swiss Funds are provided in the form of non-repayable financial support. -

Now it is time for concrete action – taking part in consultations, providing feedback on ongoing initiatives and representing residents. -
Development of the square on Fryderyk Chopin Street in Krosno (Phase 2)
27.03.2026The Social Innovation Office of Krosno Town Office invites residents to take part in the public consultation on the second phase of work on the so-called sensory park on Chopina Street. The planned project involves extending the existing square to include an area on the north side of the entrance to the allotment gardens. -

24.03.2026On Friday (20 March), Krosno welcomed a delegation from the Swiss Embassy in Poland, comprising Cliff Hammer, Katarzyna Templin-Ukleja and Monika Ciemięga. The visit took place in connection with the implementation of the project “Our Krosno: green, entrepreneurial and co-managed with residents”, co-funded under the Swiss-Polish Cooperation Programme.
