On Friday (20 March), Krosno welcomed a delegation from the Swiss Embassy in Poland, comprising Cliff Hammer, Katarzyna Templin-Ukleja and Monika Ciemięga. The visit took place in connection with the implementation of the project “Our Krosno: green, entrepreneurial and co-managed with residents”, co-funded under the Swiss-Polish Cooperation Programme.

This is one of the most significant milestones for the development of our town! On 19 March 2026, Krosno signed a grant agreement in Jarosław for a project under the Swiss-Polish Cooperation Programme.

The municipalities of the Krosno Functional Urban Area – Jedlicze, Korczyna, Krościenko Wyżne, Miejsce Piastowe, Wojaszówka and Chorkówka – have signed partnership agreements. This marks an important stage in the preparations for the joint implementation of the project entitled Our Krosno: Green, Entrepreneurial, and Co-managed with Residents funded under the Swiss-Polish Cooperation Programme.

On 14 January 2026, the Ministry of Development Funds and Regional Policy, acting on the basis of a decision by the Steering Committee, announced that the Complete Project Proposal entitled Our Krosno: Green, Entrepreneurial, and Co-managed with Residents was eligible for funding.

On 5 November 2025, a meeting was held with representatives of non-governmental organisations from Krosno. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss and jointly develop guidelines for announcing an open call for proposals as part of the project Our Krosno: Green, Entrepreneurial, and Co-managed with Residentsentitled under the Swiss-Polish Cooperation Programme.

Over 85% of participants in a survey conducted by the Social Innovation Office gave a positive assessment of the quality of services provided by Krosno Town Council. We invite you to read the customer satisfaction survey report.
