Assessment of the current and future financial situation of cities will be the topic of the eighth online seminar devoted to the internal development potential of small and medium-sized cities in Poland. We invite you on September 17 at 10 a.m.
 

Due to the pandemic, overburdened local government budgets are facing increasing challenges. That is why the next meeting as part of the Local Development Forum - open seminars and workshops will be devoted to city finances.
 
During the seminar you will learn, among others: tools for assessing the current financial situation of local government units, as well as for managing and automating the development of a multi-annual financial forecast. We will also talk about how to effectively use the capabilities of anti-crisis shields and how to use the so-called debt instruments. We will use selected cases from Polish cities, discussed and presented by experts from the Urban Policy Observatory, as examples.
