Thanks to the Norwegian funds, thematic touristic paths will be established in Krosno. Every inhabitant of Krosno may contribute to this venture. The following Friday, September 9th, in the seat of GraTy Foundation (Krosno, Słowackiego 9), the “Future workshops – Krosno as the city of many paths” will be held. All fans of tourism and the city of Krosno are welcome.

‘Establishment of narrative touristic paths’ is a venture that assumes establishing thematic paths paths of a narrative character as well as their multimedia packagings using a dedicated website, on the basis of available information, touristic and promotional resources. Visitors would be given an opportunity to choose a path/paths and participate in sightseeing, taking stops at interesting buildings and listening to stories about them. Establishing paths around defined elements will have a bottom-up character – it will involve the Krosno inhabitants and intensify their feeling of impact on actions, their feeling of identity with the city and its attractions and shaping ambassadors of the Krosno brand.

A simultaneously carried out venture will be Promotional Campaign „KROSNO – THE CITY OF MANY PATHS”. The aim of the campaign is to define promotional strategies – key aims of the promotional campaign, determine target groups and prepare marketing persons.

The activities being a part of the venture will be carried out from July, 2022 to June 2023.

“Establishement of the touristic narrative paths” and “KROSNO – THE CITY OF MANY PATHS” will be implemented as a part of the Project „We Create+We Develop+We Activate+We Stimulate+We Determine+We change=KROSNO”. The project partner is Carpathian Social Economy Cluster Foundation. Implementation of certain stages in establishing paths is the obligation of the GraTy Foundation.

The project „We create+ We develop+ We activate+ We motivate+ We determine+ We change= KROSNO” implemented as a part of the Local Development Programme, co-financed in 85 % from the Norwegian Financial Mechanism 2014-2021 and in 15 % from the State Budget.
The amount of funding received is 15,328,498.86 PLN. The beneficiary/lead partner is the Municipality of Krosno. The aim of the project is to comprehensively improve the quality of life in Krosno and better adapt Krosno's administration to the needs of its residents.
