Who decided to join Phase I of the activity, through which interested parties gained knowledge in the area of community organizing? Definitely a mix of already formed and mature people who professionally represent opposite industries. The 4-day training course was attended by people from both social but also business, media and public administration areas.

Such diversity translated brilliantly into work during the active course, which was prepared and led by trainers from the Center for Strategic Counseling in Krakow.

The training was completed by 7 people. 6 of them decided to move on to the next, second stage of the campaign - the listening campaign. In it, the trainees are tasked to go out into the field and hold conversations with 20 residents, on a topic of their choice related to Krosno's environment. Participants in the second stage will carry out activities in three areas of Krosno: in the Polanka district, the Traugutta estate and the Sukhodol district.

Those who correctly complete the task, i.e.: have face-to-face interviews with 20 residents and complete and send back the REPORT by 17.05.2023, will participate in the third stage of the action - access to work as O.S., i.e. recruitment for the position of Krosno community organizer ¼ full-time from June to December 2023.

The project „We create+ We develop+ We activate+ We motivate+ We determine+ We change= KROSNO” implemented as a part of the Local Development Programme, co-financed in 85 % from the Norwegian Financial Mechanism 2014-2021 and in 15 % from the State Budget.

The amount of funding received is 15,328,498.86 PLN. The beneficiary/lead partner is the Municipality of Krosno. The aim of the project is to comprehensively improve the quality of life in Krosno and better adapt Krosno's administration to the needs of its residents.
