On 8thApril a Job Fair is going to be organized by the Carpathian State University. The event is aimed at students, graduates, high school students and the unemployed and aims to strengthen the local labour market.

The Job Fair will be held on April 8, 2022, from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the University’s Technical and Sports Campus in Krosno (sports hall), 20 Wyspianski Street.

The Fair Program will include:

• exhibitor stands,
• meeting with potential employees,
• industry seminar Key competences of employees in the times of Industry 4.0,
• labour market trainings,
• consultancies with professional advisors,
• workshops (among others: Career coaching/I love my job!, Key competencies of employees in the tourism sector).

Local employers can apply to participate as exhibitors until March 31 this year.

On March, 30th from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. a motivation lecture will be given in the hall at Kazimierz Wielki Street, which will include:

• self-acceptance,
• traps of thinking,
• building adequate self-esteem,
• own potential and inner strength,
• gratitude and appreciation
• critical thinking,
• feeling of responsibility,
• hatred,
• approach,
• targets, time and dreams.

The project „We create+ We develop+ We activate+ We motivate+ We determine+ We change= KROSNO” implemented as a part of the Local Development Programme, co-financed in 85 % from the Norwegian Financial Mechanism 2014-2021 and in 15 % from the State Budget.

The amount of funding received is 15,328,498.86 PLN. The beneficiary/lead partner is the Municipality of Krosno. The aim of the project is to comprehensively improve the quality of life in Krosno and better adapt Krosno's administration to the needs of its residents.
